Senior Sales Negotiator - Chingford/Waltham Abbey
Salary - 25,000 + Commission (OTE 40,000) and car allowance

Responsibilities:

• Registering buyers and matching them to properties available

• Arranging and conducting viewing appointments

• Arranging valuations

• Negotiating offers

• Securing referrals for recommended mortgage brokers and conveyancers

Experience required:

• 1 year minimum working in estate agency (sales or lettings)

Skills Required:

• Confident and professional tendencies

• Highly driven and enthusiastic

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients

• Proven track record of closing sales

• Great team player

• Excellent communication skills

• Well organised

• right hand person to the manager
