Summary

We are seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our growing team in North Harrow, North West London. The ideal candidate will be a enthusiastic, self motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales and negotiation, and looking to progress to a more senior role.

Responsibilities

Conducting and winning new property instructions expanding the branch's sales portfolio Negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers right through to sales conclusion Assist the team with customer enquiries, conduct viewings with potential buyers and provide insightful information about the property Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants Follow up with potential buyers and sellers to progress sales transactions Keep up-to-date with the property market in Harrow and surrounding areas

Requirements

Ability to win instructions and close sales Excellent telephone and client facing skills A positive and pro-active approach to work Ability to work well in a team and under pressure Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A valid UK Driving Licence and your own car

Experience

1-2 years prior experience in Estate Agency
