As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will play a pivotal role in driving property sales through pro-active generation of business...
Vendor Care:
Prioritising communication, understanding clients' requirements, and advising suitable courses of action.Sales & Valuations:
Arranging, generating and conducting viewings; preparing offer files; generating and booking valuations; conducting valuations in a supporting capacity.Conveyancing & Financial Services:
Promoting recommended solicitors, mortgage services and surveyors.Client Management & Innovation:
Using CRM, portals, and AI tools to enhance client outcomes while contributing innovative ideas to improve the branch.Time & Communication:
Staying organised, managing diaries, responding promptly to calls/emails, and maintaining professional standards.Key Requirements
Estate agency experience (3 years minimum) Confident using computer systems Customer service focused and sales orientated Well presented Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
