We are seeking a dynamic and very motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our hugely successful agency based in Knutsford. We are one of the largest volume Estate Agency offices in the North West, working tirelessly to deliver exceptional results for our clients across a diverse range of residential town and country properties throughout North Cheshire and South Manchester.

The role involves engaging with clients to facilitate property sales, providing exceptional customer service, and working within a highly experienced and very motivated sales team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organisational ability, and a proactive approach to building client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career within the property industry in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Applicants MUST have prior industry experience in this role and a proven track record.

Duties



Engage with prospective buyers to understand their requirements and provide tailored property options and advice Conduct viewings of properties, highlighting features and answering client questions effectively Negotiate offers between clients and vendors to secure mutually beneficial agreements Manage administrative tasks such as updating property listings, and maintaining accurate records Liaise with colleagues, clients, and external agencies to ensure seamless communication throughout the sales process Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including social media and traditional advertising methods Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professional relationships with clients throughout their property journey Support the team in achieving sales targets and organisational goals

Experience



Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds Organisational skills are vital for managing multiple appointments, documentation, and client interactions efficiently A good knowledge of the South Manchester/North Cheshire property market

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
