An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced

Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister

to join our successful and expanding independent estate agency.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in residential sales and winning new instructions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage and convert new and existing leads Generate new instructions and grow the sales portfolio Conduct market appraisals and property viewings in a professional and efficient manner Maintain up-to-date and accurate property listings Oversee and progress the sales pipeline from instruction to completion

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in Estate Agency is essential Demonstrated success in sales and winning new business Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Additional Information:

Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm; Saturdays, 10:00am - 4:00pm Working pattern: 6-day and 5-day alternating weeks, including alternate Saturdays Own car and valid business insurance required
