We are currently looking for senior sales negotiators, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales performance in one of our branches in Enfield and Highams Park/Chingford. You'll work with an ambitious and collaborative team, representing a modern brand that values authenticity, determination, and outstanding service. You'll be responsible for growing and helping to manage a pipeline of properties, from valuation through to completion, delivering results for our clients that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Bringing new properties to the market, and growing market share through regular outreach. Conduct valuations and viewings, being able to manage a busy diary effectively. Working to meet targets set by senior management. Negotiate offers and agree sales in a proactive and professional manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and solicitors. Also maintaining an applicant base on our CRM system, regularly following up on requirements and matching them with suitable properties. Provide advice to clients throughout the sales process. Mentor junior negotiators, supporting training and performance.

What We're Looking For:

Full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential. A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential sales, ideally within North or East London. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Proactive, confident, and highly organised with a can-do attitude. Excellent local market knowledge. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and the Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
