Job Title: Residential Sales Negotiator

Salary: basic 30,000, OTE -50,000- 75,000 per annum

Crown Home Buying Ltd was founded in 2016 and we are a boutique estate agency specialising in high-end, luxury new-build developments in central London. Its primary objective is to assist international clients to purchase properties within the UK, primarily in London.

We provide a holistic service to clients including general consultation, property selection, and advice throughout the entirety of the purchasing process. In addition, we work closely with partners from professional services to ensure that our clients receive the best advice available on tax, mortgages, and other financial and legal matters.

Creation of the Role



With the continuous expansion of the business and increases in market share, we would like to take on board an ambitious and passionate property consultant in our office in central London. The successful appointee will focus on strengthening new business from buyers and handling the entire sales cycle. We anticipate that this individual will build upon the current success of the firm's existing client base, leading to the further growth of our market share.

Main Responsibilities



Proactively search and identify new clients with property purchasing needs Evaluate the objectives of a buyer to identify their needs and requirements Register and follow up with all sales leads Prepare property proposals that matches buyers requirements Ensure a high level of accuracy in setting up sales paperwork Conduct viewings and property tours with clients to secure deals Provide assistance and support to buyers from property selection to legal completion Coordinate with solicitors, mortgage brokers and developers to ensure a smooth sales progression Obtain and check vendor and buyers documentation to meet AML requirements Proactively participate in marketing and social media promotion of the sales properties Ensure all customer, leads and sales progression are recorded correctly in CRM System Obtain and check vendor and buyers documentation to meet AML requirements
Requirements

2 years London Real Estate experience Degree from a leading UK university Experience working with overseas buyers in the UK property market Experience using Chinese social media sites, especially WeChat Excellent creative writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese A can-do attitude in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Excellent skills in the use of Word, Excel Exceptional interpersonal skills and a keen interest in being a team player Strong presentation skills

Pay: 30,000.00-75,000.00 per year
