On-Target Earnings:

35,000 - 40,000 (uncapped)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with weekend availability

Senior Sales Negotiator

You'll be part of a close-knit, professional team that delivers exceptional service to sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants -- with full training and ongoing support from experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate property sales on behalf of vendors Conduct professional and engaging property viewings Manage the sales process from offer through to completion Ensure compliance with all relevant property legislation Prospect and communicate effectively with clients, both in person and over the phone

About You

Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Experience as a Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator (estate agency experience preferred) Professional and positive attitude with strong attention to detail Commercially minded, confident communicator, and natural deal-maker Excellent listening skills and a proactive approach

Full UK driving licence required
