Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving property sales, and developing client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic property professional looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Valuing and listing properties for sale
Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
Providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process
Working to and exceeding sales targets
Supporting the branch manager and mentoring junior staff when needed
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in estate agency sales
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Professional, personable, and highly motivated
Knowledge of Plymouth property market (preferred)
