Job Title: Sales / Senior Sales Consultant (Estate Agency)Location: Worthing | Broadwater

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We're looking for a driven Sales / Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing estate agency.

This role is suited to someone who takes pride in their results, enjoys being accountable for their performance, and understands that success in property comes from consistency, energy, and follow-through .

The Role You'll be responsible for contributing meaningfully to the success of the sales department, managing your pipeline effectively, and seeing transactions through from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities include: o Proactively registering, qualifying, and matching buyers o Booking and conducting viewings with purpose and preparation o Negotiating offers confidently and progressing sales to completion o Building trust-based relationships with vendors and applicants o Generating new business and winning instructions o Managing your own workload, pipeline, and targets o Consistently delivering a high standard of service and results Working Pattern o Full-time position o Every other Saturday, with a day off in the week o One 'leave early' day each week o Flexibility offered in return for commitment and performance

About You o Proven sales experience (estate agency experience strongly preferred) o Comfortable working to targets and being measured on results o Confident communicator who can influence and negotiate o Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own time o

Takes ownership of outcomes rather than waiting to be chased o Professional, well-presented, and commercially aware Essential Requirements o Full UK driving licence o Own car
