Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join us in our office in Lymm and experience of the area would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs. Promote and sell properties effectively, ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct property viewings and provide feedback to our vendors. Negotiate offers and close sales efficiently. Prepare a property for sale including carrying out the measure up and creation of media materials in order to release properties to the market Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Stay informed about local market trends. Represent Banner & Co professionally at all times. Ability to work in a small team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in property sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused attitude. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Own car and clean driving licence.
