Role Title: Senior Sales Performance Manager
Location: London, Paddington

Role Purpose...
Responsible for the effective & accurate trading & sales performance of the Total P&S portfolio within single or multiple markets. You will be the face of Group Products and Services in the chosen Markets, working across several OpCo functions as well as collaborating with multiple group Stakeholders to drive the performance of the Total P&S Portfolio. The role will involve Senior engagement up to EBU director level and involve the production of ExCo level reports and presentations, whilst ensuring these are interlocked with the stakeholders in both Group & the Markets.

This role is a pivotal part of our B2025 strategy to drive significant growth in our strategic global product portfolios. You will need to be a great strategic team player and leader, as you will work across several functions as well as collaborate with multiple countries to optimise trading opportunities, forecast accurately, and drive the business forward. Crucially, you will have strong strategic and commercial acumen, being comfortable working with senior stakeholders and holding colleagues to account for their predictable trading forecasts, associated revenue forecasting & sales strategy. Conversely you will also be the voice of the market back into multiple Vodafone Group functions to ensure blockers and barriers to sales are removed where required

With us you will...
Drive portfolio trading commercial performance in market:
- Identify, negotiate & drive trading recovery and/or acceleration actions with key markets (Working with LT)
- Produce Monthly Sales Performance Forecasts and present at Monthly Interlock to SLT (Market & Group).
- Ensure DB execution & removal of Sales blockers.
Develop & own strong & collaborative relationships across Op Co & Group to Senior levels using data & insight:
- Engage with and influence stakeholders, including Directors and Senior Leaders, to deliver trading initiatives to achieve DB targets and YoY growth expectations
- Agree & drive an aligned Trading Plan with Markets & Portfolios to prioritise activities which drive growth
- Develop & maintain deep relationships across all global Op Co\'s in sales & associated trading functions & navigate challenging decisions/trade offs

Market Evangelist
- Gather and share best practice across all products & markets
- Be the trusted single point of contact for markets to share local insight & requirements to drive success

It would be nice if you have...
- Engage: a track record in building and developing strong internal relationships, direct and indirect influencing, and complex stakeholder management experience to D-level.
- Drive: the ability to lead on the execution of targets and plans, virtual team leadership and experience in driving change/improvement in matrix organisation
- Analysis: experienced in using data to gain underlying insight, evaluate trends, determine cause-effect relationships, and provide insight & ability to work across multiple teams e.g., Commercial Planning, Finance, Sales, Product both within Group & in the markets
- Beyond Connectivity Products: a high-level understanding of typical Beyond Connectivity products & associated technologies, an appreciation the create/sell build/run model for enterprise customers, and the structure and components of Group products and services.
- Ability to understand complex financial and commercial scenarios and distil them into simple concepts.
- Strong EQ/IQ balance to drive decisions, navigate through challenging objectives, understand unique market circumstances whilst promoting & driving best practice & central strategies
- Appropriate Degree (or equivalent experience) in Telecommunications/IT Engineering or Business/Commercial areas
- Expert understanding of financial processes and ability to interpret financial data and communicate in a clear and easy to understand way to Sales, Commercial & Product colleagues
- Ability to use an insight led approach to analyse complex data and trends to highlight performance risks and opportunities (sales & revenue)
- Strategic thinker with ability to influence board level stakeholders.
- Experience of working in a matrix organisation/performing through direct & non direct reports
- Language skills - English (fluent business)
