Service Sales Advisor

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Service Sales Advisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our workshop, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer journey from booking to vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.

- Book vehicles in for service, MOT, and repairs via phone, email, and in-person.

- Provide accurate estimates and explain service/repair details clearly.

- Price and order parts for customers' vehicles

- Handle invoicing, payments, and warranty claims.

- Recommend additional services and upsell when applicable

- Maintain accurate customer records and workshop schedules.

- Liaise with the MOT and workshop team to obtain job status updates and relay this information to customers

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the motor trade.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organisational and administrative abilities.

- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using computer systems (Garage management software experience is a plus).

- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

- Sales experience is advantageous

A full UK driving licence
