Job Description


You identify and act on opportunities to increase throughput without compromising on quality and you are able to work around temporary impediments and remain productive. You stay abreast of new functionality and Salesforce releases and proactively look for ways to improve the platform and leverage new functionality.

The Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development

Collaborate with project stakeholders to define technical requirements and design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Ensure the design conform to our standards and governance processes are followed.

Make design recommendations for when configuration is appropriate and customisation is required.

Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and visual flows.

Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components to address complex business requirements and deliver high-quality code.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Salesforce solutions to identify and resolve issues and bugs.

Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimisation

Integration and Data Management

Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party connectors.

Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce, including data migration and data quality management.

Salesforce Documentation

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all Salesforce projects, including design specifications and development guidelines.

Salesforce Leadership

Support junior Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry trends, and incorporate them into the development process.

Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance the Salesforce platform\'s capabilities.

The Key requirements:

4+ years of Salesforce developer experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable.

Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.

Experience with Salesforce integrations, data management and configuration best practices.

Experience of working in an Agile delivery environment
