Synapri are currently supporting a leading UK housing association that's investing heavily in its Salesforce estate and looking to bring in a

Senior Salesforce Developer

on a

permanent basis

.


This role sits within a growing internal digital team and offers the chance to shape best practice, influence architecture decisions and work across a multi-cloud landscape. This role has a key focus on designing and delivering scalable, high-performing solutions across Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud while taking the lead on Apex development, platform configuration, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes to ensure robust and future-proof solutions.

What they're looking for:

Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer (Apex, LWC, integrations). Experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and ideally Marketing Cloud. Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, BAs and wider technical teams. Someone who's confident working end-to-end across design, build, testing and deployment. Solid understanding of CI/CD tools, version control systems and structured deployment processes.
