Competitive starting salary range from 31,009 up to 33,470 per annum (dependent upon experience) with the potential to progress. A discretionary range for candidates with exceptional experience can be discussed/considered. Plus, discretionary annual bonus of up to 10% of salary

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join NITE as a Senior School Placements Officer. In this role, you'll lead on developing and implementing key processes to ensure placement and employment schools meet Initial Teacher Training (ITT) standards and NITE's requirements. You'll work closely with schools to ensure a positive onboarding experience while making sure they meet eligibility criteria - helping set our students up for success from the very start.




This Role is based in Milton Keynes. NITE (National Institute of Teaching & Education), Fleming House, Seebeck Place, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8FR

Our Successful Candidate

We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and proactive individual to join the team to support the development of our school placement processes. They will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ideally, they will bring prior experience working in or with schools, or have a background in customer service, operations, or account management.






We are looking for someone passionate about supporting schools and nurturing strong, positive relationships with school partnerships across the UK and internationally. Above all, the ideal candidate will have a positive, solution-focused mindset, a collaborative spirit and a genuine enthusiasm for working as part of a team.
