We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Scientist I to join our Biophysics team at the Sigma Biology Centre of Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting innovative research in the field of biophysics, utilizing a range of techniques and methodologies to further our understanding of biological systems.



Key responsibilities:

Designing and conducting experiments to investigate the physical properties of biological molecules and systems Analyzing data and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders Collaborating with colleagues across different disciplines to deliver high-quality research projects Contributing to the development of new technologies and methodologies within the field of biophysics Mentoring and supervising more junior members of the team

Requirements:

PhD in Biophysics, Physics, Biochemistry, or a related discipline Proven experience in conducting research in the field of biophysics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and team-working abilities Track record of publishing in peer-reviewed scientific journals
