Our clients bioanalytical team are looking for a Scientist or Senior Scientist level candidate to apply their understanding of molecular methods to support their pharmaceutical manufacturing. Working to GMP regulations, you will utilise, develop and validate a range of techniques including qPCR, ddPCR, and RT-qPCR. You will provide support on bioanalytical studies for the delivery of preclinical and clinical development of protein based therapeutics and other biologic medicines.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

5 years industry experience within bioanalysis/molecular methods * Essential experience in the development and validation of qPCR, ddPCR, and RT-qPCR techniques

• Knowledge & experience of NGS highly desirable
• Knowledge and application of validation parameters for ICH Q2 R1
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations
