Senior Scrum Master

Nottingham (Hybrid)

Full-Time | Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team based in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with ample years of industry experience, including experience of dedicated Scrum Mastery, to play a pivotal role in driving Agile excellence across high-impact projects.

The Role:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor Scrum teams to foster Agile best practices and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-value outcomes. Remove impediments to team progress and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity. Promote an Agile mindset and help build a culture of empowerment and accountability. Use Jira to manage backlogs, sprints, and track delivery metrics. Provide leadership, motivation, and mentorship to cross-functional teams.

What you will bring:

Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 4+ years as a Scrum Master. Proven expertise in Scrum methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks. Strong command of Jira for managing Agile workflows. Exceptional team management, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Adept at fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
