Poole Mitsubishi, part of the Horizon Magna Motor Group, is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our team.

The Horizon Magna Group is a privately owned motor retail business established in Poole in 1971. We proudly represent Honda, Mazda, Nissan, and Mitsubishi across 12 dealerships located in Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, and Wiltshire.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Senior Service Advisor who can inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the success of our Aftersales department.

Key Responsibilities

Maximise volume and gross profit in line with established budgets Ensure the Aftersales team follows agreed processes to maximise profit opportunities Oversee warranty claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy Support and implement local marketing activities Deliver excellent customer experiences across all Aftersales interactions Promote and adhere to company Health & Safety and Warranty policies Provide direction and coaching to team members to help achieve departmental targets Support the day-to-day operations of the Aftersales department

Key Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in a similar Senior Service Advisor or Aftersales role Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong administrative and organisational skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent customer handling and communication skills Smart, professional appearance with a proactive attitude Basic understanding of cash accounting A strong team player with leadership potential Full UK Driving Licence - You will be subject to checks

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:30 (1-hour lunch break) Saturday mornings (on a rota): 08:30 - 12:30 (approx. 1 in 3)
