Responsible for producing annual service charge estimates by unit level with sign off from business owners and ensuring regulatory guidance and Wandle caps are administered.
Leading on the delivery of annual service charge actual statements to homeowners, ensuring demands are in accordance with Section 20B rules.
Complete monthly and quarterly reporting on service charge costs (actual vs budget) and lead on business partnering reviews, including challenging business owners and contract managers on data integrity and quality in each contact area and obtain manager sign off.

Service charge experience in the housing sector.
Microsoft Excel - know it inside and out!
Ability to delve into detail and also step back to look at bigger picture.
Strong business partnering.
Track record of accurate and timely service charge outputs (actuals, budgets, forecast).
Excellent time management.
