Duties and Responsibilities:

Setting out gridlines and datums from engineers' drawings, site surveys and as-built drawings. Installation of site control Liaise with clients to develop and maintain good working relationships to ensure repeat business Working closely with management through the entire workflow from quoting to delivery of projects Responsible for checking and training other team members Regular status reports and updates with Senior Management Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all personnel Ensure all works are carried out to the highest quality standards Health and safety conscious Maintaining site records

Key Skills and Attributes:

Has a minimum of 5 years' experience in site engineering. Survey control expert high skilled in traversing, digital level and laser plummet. Looking to take on management responsibilities within 12 months Civil Engineering degree or related discipline (Desirable) Laser scanning and HP Site Print experience (Desirable) Traverse processing software knowledge (Desirable) Highly motivated with excellent communication and organisation skills Proficient in the use of Robotic total station, GPS, Laser Plummet and levelling equipment. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word etc. CSCS and Manual Driving Licence required Willingness to learn new technologies
