A successful, respected business in the construction industry is currently expanding their team and looking for a Senior SHE Advisor to join them. The SHE Advisor will be responsible for:
- Giving support, advice, and guidance regarding all SHE matters across the business
- Helping to deliver and implement the SHE strategy
- Visiting sites and projects to carry out site inspections and risk assessments
- Building relationships with people at all levels of the business to ensure a positive and compliant culture
- Producing repots in relation to your findings on SHE, in-line with company policies, processes, and procedures

The Senior SHE Advisor will have:
- NEBOSH General Certificate/Construction Certificate (or equivalent qualification) is essential
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent qualification) is highly desirable
- Experience in a SHE position working within the construction industry, ideally as a Tier 1 or Principal Contractor
- Strong communication skills
- Experience within behavioural safety and training
- It would be beneficial (but not essential) for candidates to have knowledge and certificates within ISO standards and IEMA
