We're looking for an experienced Senior Fitter to join our expanding team. If you have strong final fix carpentry skills and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior role with autonomy, variety, and long-term stability.

About the Role

As a Senior Shutter Fitter, you'll take the lead on installations, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard. You'll work directly with customers, oversee site quality, and support junior fitters as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead high-quality shutter installations on residential & commercial sites Carry out precise measuring, fitting, and final fix carpentry tasks Use a range of hand and power tools confidently and safely Deliver a clean, professional finish on every job Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships Help keep projects organised, efficient, and on schedule Offer guidance and support to trainee fitters when required

Requirements

Proven final fix carpentry experience (essential)

Strong skills with hand and power tools Full UK driving licence Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Professional, customer-focused approach
