Summary

We are seeking a Senior Installer who is hands on to lead our team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to ensuring the high-quality installation of signage solutions that enhance brand visibility and customer experience. You will play a key role in planning and executing signage installations, working closely with the Production Supervisor and Manager

Responsibilities

Planning and organising weekly installation schedules. Oversee and execute the installation of signage systems at various client locations. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate implementation of projects. Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and challenges. Maintain high standards of safety and compliance during all installation activities understand and abiding by risk assessments and method statements.. Provide exceptional customer service during installations, addressing client needs and concerns. Train and mentor junior installers on best practices and techniques. Troubleshoot installation issues promptly to minimize project delays. Managing the installation vehicles and to ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition. Completing accurate paperwork for hours worked, materials used and vehicle logs. Maintaining and inspecting PPE and First aid supplies for vehicles Ensuring finished goods meet specification before loading vehicle.

Qualifications

Proven experience in signage installation or a related field. Strong understanding of installation techniques and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience with large-scale installations is preferred. SMSTS, SSSTS, IOSH or streetworks licence. MEWP
