To apply for the position you must have the relevant experience and demonstrate a good understanding of the issues facing vulnerable children and young people.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the appraisal and coordination of service requests in line with the Children and Young People's Plan. Provide expert guidance to colleagues and partner agencies. Support families with complex needs through early help interventions. Maintain accurate case records and contribute to performance reporting. Make informed decisions on service referrals and transitions.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with families facing neglect and complex challenges. Strong knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and family intervention. Ability to work autonomously and manage complex caseloads. Skilled in reflective practice, supervision, and multi-agency collaboration. Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
