We are currently recruiting for two senior sister/charge nurse positions in our Emergency Department:

This role comes at an exciting time, as we prepare to transition into a new- state-of-art Emergency Department which is part of a large Emergency Village. As a senior sister/charge nurse you will play a key role in shaping the transition into new ED whilst maintaining high standards of care. Your leadership will be essential in embedding new ways of working, supporting your team, and delivering the best outcomes for patients. Main duties of the job Key responsibilities: Clinical Leadership- Oversee the day-to-day running of the ED ensuring safe and efficient patient care and patient flow Staff management- supervise, mentor and support nursing staff, fostering professional development Patient Care- Ensure high standards of care, focusing on patient safety, dignity and experience Service Development- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of emergency care services, adapting to evolving clinical needs Collaboration- work closely with Doctors, allied health professionals and operations teams Resource management- ensure appropriate use of staffing, equipment and facilities About us We believe that the best organisations are those that reflect the communities they serve.
