What you'll be doing
The scope of the Plant and Logistic function is the integrated support of CWA portions. This includes the
planning, design, execution and seamless integration, including the management, of plants workshops, stores, reinforcement cut&bend factory and concrete batching plants.
Who we're looking for
Essential
Able to clearly communicate the requirements of a safe system of work to ensure that these are followed
accurately
Ability to work across conflicting interest groups to develop solutions to complex operational and
commercial problems
Strong knowledge of Project Management methodology and its practical application on large-scale
construction projects..
Full UK Driving Licence.
Willing to work away from home.
Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering knowledge transfer and professional development.
Familiarity with Lifetime Quality Records (LTQR) or equivalent nuclear documentation processes
Desirable
Capable of taking ownership of tasks and communicating outcomes effectively to multiple stakeholders.
Able to work on own initiative and proactively identify opportunities and risks in line with level of
responsibility.
People Management experience, including coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
Commercial awareness with knowledge of budgetary, financial control, and cost management processes.
Experience in liaising with clients, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure alignment of project
objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
HNC/HND/Degree in relevant discipline and/or relevant Site Experience with the Utilities / Construction
Industry
CSCS card
Desirable
Temporary Works Coordinator or Supervisor experience
SMSTS / SSSTS qualification
42 hours per week
