Experienced Site Finishing Joiner
Central Belt Scotland (occasional UK travel)
As our manufacturing joinery and shopfitting business continues to grow, we're looking for an
experienced Site Finishing Joiner
who can also take onsite management responsibilities
across our projects.About the Role
You'll lead small site teams to deliver high-quality joinery installations--primarily in the
Central Belt of Scotland
, with occasional short-term projects across the UK (usually under 7 days away).We're looking for someone with
excellent finishing joinery skills
who can also:Supervise and motivate a small team of joiners on-site Interpret and work from issued drawings and schedules Plan workloads, manage timescales and budgets Coordinate materials requirements and place orders when needed Balance hands-on work with management duties, depending on project scale
On larger jobs, your role will lean more toward
site and team management
, while smaller projects will involve a morehands-on approach
