What You'll Do

Lead daily operations on prestigious residential projects, ensuring flawless execution. Manage and motivate subcontractors, trades, and site teams to hit critical milestones. Uphold strict UK health, safety, and environmental standards, leveraging your SMSTS certification. Provide on-site first aid support with your valid First Aid certification. Track project progress, ensuring timelines, budgets, and superior quality standards are met. Conduct thorough site inspections, implementing robust quality control and risk management. Collaborate seamlessly with Project Managers, clients, architects, and stakeholders to deliver shared visions. Maintain meticulous site records, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates. Swiftly resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on track and clients delighted.

What We're Looking For

Proven expertise as a Site Manager in high-end residential construction or luxury refurbishments. Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification. Valid First Aid certification. In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction processes, and H&S standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to excel independently and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. Passion for delivering client-focused, high-quality projects in prime locations. Full eligibility to work in the UK.
