Avaro Developments Ltd are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of a high-end residential conversion, new build residential and mixed-use development projects across the Midlands.

The Role:

As a Senior Site Manager, you will have full responsibility for site operations from pre-start through to project completion. You will be a key part of our delivery team, ensuring that each project is executed to the highest standard of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Our projects include a mix of:

New build residential / refurbishments Mixed-use developments with commercial and residential elements

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site activities and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high-quality finish Maintain excellent communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams Enforce health & safety compliance and site standards Track progress against programme and prepare regular site reports Lead site meetings and ensure effective snagging and project handover

About You:

5+ years' experience in a senior site management role, ideally in residential, new build and conversion projects Proven ability to manage complex, high-spec builds Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills Strong working knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, and building regulations SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold card), First Aid
