Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently, safely, and within the specified timelines. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and proficiency in software, such as Microsoft Outlook, etc.

The Site Manager would have a dedicated team to work with.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Develop detailed project plans & schedules. Monitor progress on-site, addressing any issues that arise promptly to maintain project timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and work is completed as per specifications. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and progress updates. Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among site personnel. Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Proficiency in project management software. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations related to building projects. A relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred but not essential.
