Shine Outreach Team, c/o REACH Building, Lewis Place, Perth
A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Social Care Officer at the SHINE Team, Children and Families Service, Perth and Kinross Council. This is a temporary post to cover maternity leave. It is 36 hours per week for a period of 9 - 12 months.
Experience of working with children and young people with additional and/or complex needs. Excellent communication and written skills. The ability to work well parent/carers and other professionals. Knowledge of supporting individuals with ASD and the strategies that and resources that can be used to support families
Skills & Experience Required

Be able to work independently and as part of a team. The willingness to undertake additional training as required and network with other teams and services.
SVQ 3 and HNC
You must have a valid UK driving licence as this post requires you to travel to a variety of locations across Perth and Kinross.
