About the role

Are you looking to develop and progress your career in social care and already have experience working in a care setting? Join our hardworking team at Southlands as a Senior Social Care Worker where you'll be responsible for supervising, supporting and working as part of a team in a busy care home environment.


Within this role, you will work alongside Social Care Workers to provide life-enhancing care to vulnerable older people and attend to all aspects of their care needs. You will also supervise and mentor your colleagues and help them to develop within their roles. This will include inductions for new members of staff and working alongside your manager doing regular auditing. If you are organised, people centred and want to work with a great team, apply today!

Annual leave starting from 21 days and 10 Bank Holidays; your annual leave will increase after your first year and again after your third year.
