Sweetbriar is a warm and welcoming 16-bed residential home in Douglas that forms part of the Dementia Care & Support Service, alongside Gansey, Bradda, Reayrt Skyal, and Thie Meanagh. We're committed to helping people living with dementia lead fulfilling lives with dignity, independence, and choice at the heart of everything we do.
In this rewarding role, you'll lead daily shifts, guide and support staff, and play a key part in shaping the care experience for our residents. From updating care plans and risk assessments to participating in multi-disciplinary meetings and driving quality through audits and governance, your leadership will make a real difference.
