The Senior Social & Community Manager will take the lead in planning and executing social media strategies while fostering a strong online community for the business. This role focuses on managing social platforms, engaging audiences, and driving brand awareness across their loyal community.
We're looking for a Senior Social & Community Manager to own and lead on social media - crafting bold, culturally resonant content strategies that turn audiences into fans, and fans into lifelong advocates.In this role, you'll shape both our social strategy and our community approach, building a strong ecosystem of creators, superfans, and brand advocates who bring our identity to life every day. Whether it's amplifying user-generated content, spotlighting authentic community stories, or collaborating with platform owners to elevate voices, you'll ensure our community feels seen, heard, and celebrated.This is a perfect opportunity for someone who blends creativity with strategic thinking - someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, culture, data, and community building.Leading a small team and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll collaborate cross-functionally across the business to ensure our social and community efforts are fully aligned with our brand and commercial objectives.

  • A senior Social Media Manager with experience setting long-term visions for social growth
  • A proven track record of results and achievements in a Senior Social Media role
  • Previous B2C experience working in beauty, fashion, luxury and Ecommerce
  • Fluent in Social Media, with a deep understanding of how to align social brand goals with commercial objectives
  • A proven line manager. Ability to manage and bring out the best in the team around you
  • You've nurtured and scaled creator programmes, with a holistic understanding of how community contributes to brand growth on social and beyond
  • Someone who loves working with people and real communities, both online and off-line
  • Confident managing and tracking a budget inline with company targets
  • You've worked closely with wider teams and senior stakeholders - Marketing, Creative, PR, Ecommerce and Commercial
  • A start-up mindset - someone who enjoys leading from the front and driving growth

  • 60k - 70k
