We are a diverse and committed team, supporting the children and their families across Norfolk.

In Norfolk we've invested millions to completely change our operating model and create the professional and emotional support around you to enable you to do the job you trained for, to get the best outcomes for children and families, and to achieve a work-life balance that suits you.

We're realistic about the challenges, but we're passionate about how we can support you to meet them, so you can enjoy the rewards social work has to offer.

Applications are sought for the role of Social Worker within a dynamic team working with children who have been deemed at risk of exploitation and serious youth violence.

Are you looking for a new and exciting experience which offers you time and space to work with children and their communities? The Risk Outside the Home team works across the county targeting some of our most vulnerable children at risk of extrafamilial harm. Due to the nature of the role, you will have a protected caseload to allow you to work intensively with children in the hope to bring about positive change.

The team works closely alongside our wider adolescent service including targeted youth work support and the Youth Justice Service.

We are looking for a social worker who is passionate and skilled in engaging adolescents and their families, who have a drive to bring about positive change and work alongside partner agencies.
