to join our dynamic development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based HR SaaS solution. Duties

Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and efficient software applications using technologies such as Java, C#, and JavaScript. Architect and implement cloud-based solutions leveraging Azure, and containerisation tools like Kubernetes. Develop and maintain APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and microservices architectures aligned with best practices in system design and service-oriented architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and translate business needs into functional software components. Utilise UML diagrams and design patterns to ensure robust system architecture and maintainability. Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Maven, Ansible, and other DevOps tools to streamline release management. Conduct code reviews, optimise performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to SDLC standards. Stay abreast of emerging technologies such as NoSQL databases (MongoDB), WebLogic, Spring Framework, and front-end frameworks like Angular, React, Ember.js, Kendo UI, Bootstrap for full-stack development. Contribute to the documentation of system architecture and technical specifications in line with organisational standards.

Experience

Proven track record of 5+ years in software development within enterprise environments. Extensive experience with

cloud architecture

,

system design

, and

solution architecture

across diverse platforms including AWS or Azure. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java (Spring Framework), C#, Python, JavaScript (Angular, React), HTML/CSS, Ruby on Rails or Node.js is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with databases including MySQL, SQL Server (Microsoft SQL Server), NoSQL databases like MongoDB or S3 storage solutions. Familiarity with orchestration tools (Kubernetes), version control systems (Git/SVN), build tools (Maven), and release management practices. Knowledge of web services standards such as RESTful APIs, SOAP-based services; experience with WCF or WebSphere is advantageous. Strong understanding of MS SQL Windows Server, Azure and Linux. Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception through implementation while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
