Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze requirement and provide delivery estimates.

Design, develop and implement automation scripts for various types of data loads

Lead the development of scalable and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Develop and optimize data processing pipelines using Java and Python, ensuring smooth data flow and efficient ETL processes.

Continue updating legacy modules with newer technologies.

Design, develop, test, and deploy mission-critical software applications in Java and Python.

Lead the integration of DevOps practices into the development lifecycle, promoting a culture of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing.

Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies within the development team, ensuring iterative and collaborative approaches to software delivery.

Collaborate with data architects to design and implement efficient data storage and retrieval strategies, ensuring seamless integration with software applications.

Collaborate with the security team to implement best practices for secure coding and conduct regular code reviews with a security focus.

Implement monitoring solutions to proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks.

Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, API documentation, and code comments.

Actively participate in hackathons, innovation challenges, or internal R&D projects to explore and prototype cutting-edge solutions.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and Python.

Proven experience in designing and developing Java-based applications. Familiarity with Spring Framework is a plus.

Extensive hands-on experience with Python, including proficiency in frameworks such as Django or Flask.

Ability to work across the full stack, from front-end to back-end, ensuring holistic software development.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying applications in a cloud environment.

Proficient in designing and optimizing database schemas, with experience in both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.

Proven ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 36,500.00-40,000.00 per year
