Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 pa depending on experience

The Role

We're hiring a Senior Software Developer with strong experience in .NET / .NET Core, Azure, and scalable backend systems. You'll lead development on key features, mentor junior team members, and help shape our technical direction.

This role is hands-on: you'll write production code, own projects end-to-end, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship features that tens of thousands of fans rely on every week.

What You'll Do

Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using .NET Core and Azure Lead the development of new features from planning to deployment Own and evolve services including Azure Functions, Queues, and cloud-based APIs Mentor junior developers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing Help define best practices, improve our dev process, and raise engineering standards Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to understand problems and deliver value fast Investigate and improve app performance, monitoring, and scalability

You Should Have

5+ years of experience building production systems with C# and .NET Core Proven experience designing and scaling backend services using Azure Solid understanding of queues, event-driven systems, and cloud-native architectures Experience integrating APIs, managing cloud deployments, and writing clean, maintainable code A product mindset--you care about the impact of what you build Strong communication skills and a willingness to mentor and support others The ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have

Experience with .NET MAUI or Xamarin Exposure to Blazor or other modern .NET front-end tools Familiarity with infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines Interest in blockchain or fan engagement tech
