We are seeking a qualified

Appian Developer

to join our software development team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing business process management (BPM) applications on the

Appian platform

. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust, efficient, and scalable software solutions.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise in low-code development, process modeling, system integration, and automation of business workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Application Development

Design, develop, and implement BPM applications using Appian low-code development tools. Build user interfaces, process models, business rules, and reports in the Appian platform. Create reusable components and templates to improve development efficiency.

Requirement Analysis

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. Translate business requirements into effective and scalable Appian solutions.

Integration & Automation

Integrate Appian applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and other connectors. Implement automation solutions to streamline and optimize business processes.

Testing & Support

Conduct unit testing, functional testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT). Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed Appian applications.

Documentation

Maintain clear and detailed documentation for application design, workflows, and system configurations.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with developers, project managers, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Keep up-to-date with Appian platform updates and software development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in

Appian development

(process modeling, interface design, rules, reports). Strong knowledge of

business process management (BPM)

principles. Experience with

integration technologies

(REST/SOAP APIs, databases). Knowledge of

web technologies

: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, IT, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 38,000.00-45,000.00 per year
