Your Role



As a key member of our

Delivery Squad

, you'll play a vital role in leading software development projects, mentoring colleagues, and designing scalable solutions. Here's what your responsibilities will include:

Developing and optimising high-quality code

for complex functionalities.

Leading software architecture and design decisions

to ensure scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams

, including Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps, to align development with business goals.

Mentoring and coaching

team members on best coding practices and modern technologies.

Driving innovation and continuous improvement

through Agile methodologies, DevOps, and modern development practices.

Maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines

, ensuring seamless deployment and automation.

Ensuring security best practices

, compliance, and adherence to coding standards.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting

issues in development and production environments.

What You Bring



We're looking for someone with:

Expertise in cloud platforms

Strong knowledge of system architecture and database technologies

SQL (MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Cosmos, MongoDB, Redis)

Proficiency in DevOps and automation

CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform

Security expertise
