We are seeking a Senior Technologist with deep expertise in banking systems to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative technology solutions. This role involves working across architecture, engineering, and business teams to modernize platforms, enhance digital capabilities, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, domain knowledge, and hands-on technical experience in enterprise banking environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and compliant banking technology solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and integrate emerging technologies (cloud, APIs, AI/ML). Oversee end-to-end solution architecture for core banking, digital banking, or payments platforms. Drive technology innovation aligned with business goals and regulatory standards. Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on best practices and standards.

Skills & Experience:

8+ years in enterprise technology roles, preferably in banking or financial services. Expertise in core banking systems, digital transformation, or financial product platforms. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), APIs, security, and data governance. Proven experience in technology leadership and stakeholder engagement.
