Seeking a software engineer based within the UK to support our global IT team -

THIS POSTION IS REMOTE

The salary range for this full-time position is 81,000 - 100,000 depending on skills and experience.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Senior Software Engineer Developers will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing and supporting the web site, internally developed applications, and third-party systems. This position is ideal for an ambitious, experienced professional who seeks to join a growing company. This position will also provide the opportunity for independent initiative and judgment to improve software applications, the ePac service offering, and reporting. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong knowledge of object oriented software development In-depth experience in web design and development using .NET Core (using C#) In-depth experience in XHTML, CSS and in developing with web standards (without the use of WYSIWYG editor) Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript / React / DOM development Strong knowledge of Transact -SQL (SQL Server ) Azure DevOps Build and Release Pipelines Experience with AI productivity tools like cursor.ai is a plus Experience with SalesForce and Dynamics Business Central is a plus Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in developing documentation and procedures to improve ePac's technology operations and transparency in reporting Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to be effective at all levels of the organization Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner Proven ability to maintain a high level of quality Good time management skills and able to shift priorities Ability to adjust in a fast-paced environment Must be a team player and able to multitask Highly organized and detail oriented Passionate about software engineering Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and innovative Must have proven record of software delivery

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (INCLUDING CERTIFICATIONS)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent required Proven experience in software development Proven experience in web development Proven experience in .NET development Experience with Ajax driven websites Experience with web user interface design Experience with third-party API integration
