Objectives




You will develop application and radio firmware for L+G Gas Meter products





You will work closely with the firmware team to develop solutions aligned with the requirements presented by the product managers





Areas of Responsibility




Skilled in software engineering for embedded systems, you will work with the Firmware Manager


With substantial experience in the development of communication and UI software for radio connected embedded devices (ideally metering), working alongside your team members, you will bring the level of hands-on expertise required to bring new products to market on time and on cost





Working within an Agile framework you will work closely with your colleagues as a member of the engineering leadership team to continuously improve our company





Experience Required




Radio communications architectures





Azure DevOps, or similar requirement management tools is a necessity





Smart Energy-Measurement Device is desirable, including: Zigbee, NB-IoT, LTE-M, WiSun, M-Bus, DTLS, UDP, SMETS & SMETS2





Embedded measurement products/software development





Working in multi-disciplined teams
