What you'll do:
Own your territory as your business, managing prospecting, opportunity development, and deal closure.
Drive enterprise sales into P&C and Specialty Insurance clients, engaging at C-Suite and operational levels.
Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Delivery, and Engineering to shape sales strategy.
Leverage a high-touch, high-value sales approach to land significant deals and drive growth across the EMEA region.
What we're looking for:
5+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience in the insurance sector.
Proven track record of closing new business and managing complex, high-value deals.
Experience navigating both C-Suite relationships and operational/procurement stakeholders.
Familiarity with sales frameworks (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.) and CRM/sales enablement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.).
Knowledge of P&C or Specialty Insurance is essential
Comfortable discussing Machine Learning/AI concepts with clients.
Experience in fast-growing, entrepreneurial software companies is advantageous.
