Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents with precision and clarity. Providing sound legal advice to clients on various issues including corporate, property, or civil law. Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as required. Conducting legal research to stay abreast of current laws and regulations relevant to client cases. Managing case files efficiently and ensuring all documentation complies with statutory requirements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Assisting in the development of legal strategies to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with relevant practising certificate recognised in the jurisdiction. Proven experience in negotiation within a legal context is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities complemented by exceptional attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to diverse audiences. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on relevant legal changes.
