Your Role:





As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be a pivotal force in our presales initiatives, shaping the technical architecture of our customer data platform (CDP) solutions with a strong focus on data-driven marketing concepts and complex data architectures. You will be responsible for presenting the product, handling customer objections, and executing technical win strategies. Your expertise in designing and building AI Agents using Treasure Data's LLM Framework as well as external AI ecosystems such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini, conducting demos, workshops, and services scoping will be key to our success in closing deals. Your ability to build relationships and collaborate with product management and other cross-functional teams will enable us to continually enhance our offerings and deliver value to our customers.

Responsibilities:



Build and deliver marquee demos, showcasing how the Customer Data Platform can create business value for prospective customers Handle a majority of customer objections and seek assistance when necessary Execute top-quality use case ideation sessions, standard and custom workshops, incorporating vertical-specific insights Develop and execute technical win strategies for sales opportunities Run Proof of Concept check-ins, properly scoping success criteria Prototype and demonstrate AI-driven solutions and multi-agent workflows using leading LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT models, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) integrated with Treasure Data's platform Lead services scoping exercises Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives within the region Deliver internal enablements, and occasionally participate in external talks, webinars, and keynotes Provide regular product feedback to product management teams and build relationships with product managers Present at Solution Consultant team and all-GTM team enablements


Job Requirements:



Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in a presales capacity. 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on building complex data architectures and integrating large-scale data platforms. Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and tools, including ETL processes, APIs, and data pipelines. Proficiency in modern data processing tools and technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, real-time data streaming, and data lakes. Hands-on experience integrating or orchestrating LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) to build AI agents or automation workflows. Experience with machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics applications within marketing and data science, with a strong emphasis on Agentic AI. Proven track record of delivering technical solutions in a client-facing role, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to handle customer objections and engage in solution-focused discussions. Experience in executing workshops and technical win strategies. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Self-motivated, with a drive for continuous learning and improvement. Fluency in both French and English is required for this role

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation systems. Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Previous experience in the marketing or SaaS industry, particularly in solutions that enable data-driven marketing strategies. Certifications in cloud platforms, solution architecture, data engineering or data science are a plus.

Physical Requirements:



Working out of the London office according to our "Global Hybrid Working Policy."


Travel Requirements:



Requires peaks of 40% travel to visit clients
