Senior Solutions Architect

This is a permanent, full-time position, with our office based in Dubai.

Your Mission:

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with a background in designing SAP transformation approaches


and data-driven solution architectures for complex enterprise environments.


As a key member of SNP's Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how clients approach their SAP data


transformation programmes. You will define and present compelling value propositions for SNP's software and


services, independently and in collaboration with our ecosystem of System Integrator (SI) and technology partners.


You will build professional proposals and high-level project plans, ensuring alignment between client objectives,


partner delivery frameworks, and SNP's software-led transformation methodology. You will lead internal solution


reviews, ensure seamless handover to the Delivery organisation, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-



delivery phase.


This role requires a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, engage at both


executive and technical levels, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What we are looking for: Your profile!

10+ years of experience in consulting, solution architecture, or transformation advisory roles within major
System Integrators, SAP, or technology consulting firms.


Proven experience in designing and advising on SAP transformation programmes, including S/4HANA
migrations, M&A carve-outs, mergers, or data restructuring.


Strong familiarity with data migration, harmonisation, or conversion processes as part of large-scale SAP
change programmes.


Exceptional client-facing and communication skills; confident, articulate, and credible at senior levels. Deep understanding of data as the foundation of transformation, with the ability to design and communicate
data-centric solution architectures.





Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to create practical, value-driven proposals
and strategies.


Collaborative, proactive, and commercially aware, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and
partners.


High professional standards with a commitment to quality, precision, and client satisfaction.
