About the role

Lead or support solution design across complex programmes including Policy Admin System migrations, data platform evolution, and digital transformation

Translate business needs into executable architecture using C4, ArchiMate, and modern frameworks Collaborate across architecture layers--security, infrastructure, data, integration, and networks Influence enterprise direction through cloud, AI, observability, and simplification strategies Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and architectural excellence

What your'll bring

Proven experience in solution architecture within regulated industries (financial services, pensions, insurance preferred) Hands-on expertise with Azure, .NET, Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, REST APIs, CI/CD, and container orchestration Strong grasp of Domain-Driven Design, event-driven architecture, and modern integration patterns Engineering background with fluency in Java, .NET, Python, and modern frontend frameworks Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
